Google Drive, connected to your signing workflow.

Import a PDF straight from Drive, collect signatures in Inkly, and let the finished files land back in your Drive on their own.

  • Drive import on every plan
  • Automatic saving on Pro and Teams
  • Recipients never need Drive access

Start from the PDF that already lives in Drive.

Choose Import from Google Drive in the Upload document menu and pick your file in Google's own picker. Inkly copies that PDF into your workspace and opens it in the editor, so there is nothing to download to your desktop first and nothing to re-upload afterwards.

From there it is an ordinary Inkly document. Add your signers and their fields, send it, and track who has opened and signed it. The original file in Drive is never edited, moved, or renamed.

On every plan
  • Connect and disconnect your Google account
  • Import a PDF from Drive instead of uploading it
  • Unlimited sends, with no credit card to start
On Pro and Teams
  • Save the signed PDF back to Drive automatically
  • Save its Certificate of Completion alongside it
  • Turn saving off for an individual document

The finished files file themselves.

Signing usually finishes days after you send, when you are nowhere near the document. On Pro and Teams, Inkly saves the signed PDF and Certificate of Completion to an Inkly folder in your Drive the moment the last person signs, so the finished paperwork is filed before you think to look for it.

The certificate records who signed, when, and from where, so it belongs beside the agreement rather than in somebody's inbox. See exactly what it captures in the electronic signature audit trail. Inkly only ever creates new files in Drive; it never edits or replaces the original.

Inkly only works with the Drive files you choose.

Connecting uses Google's drive.file permission, the narrowest one Google offers. Inkly can open the files you select in the picker and the files it creates for you, and it does not receive blanket access to browse every file in your Google Drive.

The connection belongs to your Inkly profile, not your workspace, so a teammate never inherits your Drive. You can disconnect whenever you like from Account settings, which revokes Inkly's access and leaves every file already saved in Drive exactly where it is. What Inkly stores, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
