Why we built Inkly.
Inkly is electronic signature software for professionals and small businesses. Upload a PDF, place the fields for who needs to sign, and send it: everyone gets a private link, and the finished document is legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA.
Inkly has the core features businesses rely on DocuSign for: multiple signers, reusable templates, automatic reminders, and a full audit trail. It leaves out the enterprise bloat, so the Free plan sends unlimited documents and paid plans add workflow tools rather than unlocking the basics.
Inkly is built and run by a small, independent team in the United States, founded in 2026. Everyone who emails hello@inkly.so hears back from the team that builds it.

Send one PDF to up to 25 signers, each with their own fields and private link. Everyone can sign at the same time, in any order.
Reusable templates
Save a document's fields and signer roles once, then start a fresh draft from it instead of rebuilding the layout every time.
Automatic reminders
On Pro and Teams, Inkly reminds signers on day 3, day 6, and day 10 until they sign, and you can send a manual reminder once every 24 hours.
Personal notes

Opened notifications
Pro and Teams send you an email when a recipient opens your document, not just when they sign it.
Audit trail
Every send, view, and signature is recorded and summarized in a Certificate of Completion, alongside a SHA-256 fingerprint of the finished PDF.
